It was about ghosts in a Spanish boy’s school, or rather, an orphanage run by the widow of an activist fighting for freedom. A young boy enters the school, unaware that he was orphaned, and he was the one who the ghost came to. An older youth took a dislike of him and the ghost terrifyingly cried out for help. And it is him the ghost keeps asking for help.A former student, who was then the school’s handyman hated the place with a passion. The cook turns out to be his fiancà ©e and they are planning to escape from there and buy a farm, but for the meantime, he greedily watches over gold ingots hidden away for the Republican army.The young boy, Carlos, eventually uncovers the secret that haunts the school and the connection between the disappearance of a young student the night the bomb fell into the courtyard and the avarice and brutality that have crept into the sc hool from an outside world enflamed by war.It is a story not merely based on ghosts but also a movie that empathizes with orphans. It tackles the traumatic experiences during the time of Spanish war but through the eyes of a child, giving a lighter perception. The story holds strong emotional issues of ones self-esteem, ignorance and character strength. As we know Maya viewed and many times dealt with difficult situations throughout her early years. She understands that the only way for black people to remain strong and dignified in the face of racism is to respond with dignity to attacks. For example, when the white woman yells at the black war veteran, he does not yell back, he simply and quietly points out to her that she is wrong. I found this quote comical because it shows the man avoiding another demeaning argument of racism, while at the same time telling the woman she is foolish. Ignorance was also a great factor of the story. For example, Maya, like most black people in Stamps, knows almost nothing about white people, "I remember never believing that whites were really real. they are too different from her. She merely saw them as creatures. I feel this is just another example of how racism is based on ignorance. Hate, that has literally been passed down from generation to generation with a just cause attitude. In contrast, Maya has an experience that would build self-esteem and change her outlook on the interaction between people. Literature Review Previous literature within the country contains limited research on the women leaders found in the UAE just like outside researches, which also do not have much on them. The research previously has done on women focuses on women leaders in the US economy. However, there is little comparison with other women managers around the globe. Therefore, there is  a great need for carrying out research on the distinctive roles that women play in the economy. This will be done so as to enable conceptualization and validation of their unique roles. Some little research can however be found concerning the factors which support the leaders among women in their professions. They include parental supports especially their fathers, socialization within their families along with spousal support (Moore, 2007). Most of the previous research focuses on the support they get from their families. Little information can be found on the conditions at their places of work that facilitate the advancements in their careers. The previous research also dwells on the challenges that women encounter in advancing their leadership in business. The experiences of women leaders in the region have been documented based on their Islamic faiths. In contrast, women in countries such as France and Denmark with children aged go to work. The current research shows there is a need to facilitate the conceptualization and qualitative validation of the differences among women and their separate experiences.
